We were commissioned to create various media elements for the Aperol brand’s summer campaign. The campaign encouraged people to upload a photo with the hashtag #itsaperoltime on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or the campaign microsite, featuring Aperol in some form. By doing so, participants entered a prize draw, and their photo became part of a video montage. The microsite was the campaign’s central element, featuring a special Social Media Hub integration that collected photos tagged #itsaperoltime from different social channels and displayed them in chronological order. The site was responsive, offering a consistent user experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
