A beauty consultation combined with makeup application for a small gift card fee? Absolutely! – thought dm’s marketers, and they built a great concept around it. Our task was to create a functional, user-friendly platform for these recurring events. The challenge was enabling users to scan the barcode of a previously purchased gift card using their phone camera and verifying it against the requirements. This was implemented on a simple responsive website rather than a native app.
